Frequently Asked Questions
Our equipment rental process is simple—just call to reserve your equipment and pick it up at the scheduled time. If you're unsure about what you need, feel free to consult our team. Please note that we’ll need a credit card on file to secure your rental.
Our minimum rental period is 4 hours, which gives you enough time to complete smaller tasks without the cost of a full-day rental. For extended projects, we offer daily, weekly, and long-term rental options, so you can keep the equipment as long as needed.
If you need the equipment longer than planned, call us immediately. We’ll check availability, and if possible, adjust the rental period to fit your schedule. Advance notice helps us coordinate with other customers who may be waiting for the same equipment.
Late returns are billed per hour. Please contact us if you think you’ll be late; we may be able to extend your rental period to help you avoid extra fees.
